Good deal for 1TB. Never saw it this low. Save almost $60.

So close to pulling the trigger....you need U3 minimum imo for cameras.

Ultra line up is more for storage (Switch, phones), not performance in cameras.

I think people don't realize this is 1tb, and expensive in general...

Sold by 3rd party, wouldn't risk it .

Ultra has bad write speed if you plan on transferring a lot, they avoid posting write speed for a reason.

Not suitable for 4k video, and I'd avoid for things like Steam Deck. Extreme is far better.

Fulfilled by Amazon. Means Amazon has the product in their warehouse ready to ship, no?

Anyways, too rich for me

The point is, 3rd party sellers you run a much higher risk that it's counterfeit.

People are looking for sold by amazon, most importantly.

Yes, it means Amazon has in stock in their warehouse, but Amazon won't check it that is counterfeit or not.

Sold by amazon doesn't mean they checked either.

It simply means dealing with warranty when you discover a counterfeit is a lot easier than dealing with 3rd party

Isn't it better to get 2 x 1tb SSD at thst price?
You gonna put an SSD inside your smartphone or camera?

Not saying this deal is great, but there are definitely use cases for 1 TB microSD cards.

The fact that a 1 TB microSD exists is fairly mind boggling

if this can do 90MB/s, shouldn't this be fine for just about anything aside from very high bitrate media?

IIRC no real difference between Sandisk Ultra VS Extreme on the Switch.

Unknown about Steam Deck until more previews / tests comes out.

Do you really need 1TB at your phone?
Who use micro SDXC in camera? It is just so slow.
I am thinking more about photo camera. May be some people need it for action video cam?
