According to this review, 480GB version has DRAM cache. So I assume 1TB version should have DRAM cache too.

Not showing $99 for me. Don't see any sold by and shipped by Amazon either. Cheapest is $121 from a sketchy seller.

I think the the plus series is dramless and the ultra series has dram. Like bx vs mx for crucial and green vs blue for wd, 600 series vs 800 series for adata etc

I have the Sandisk Extreme edition (128gb) and has been using it since the past 8 years now as an OS disk. Still shows a good health and keeps my i5 3570k usable.

The article is from early 2017 and shows that it's a crapshoot what you're going to get, so best not to base your buying decision on it. 2021's edition may be the same in name only.

Wouldnt the kingston a2000 a better buy? Assuming you have a m.2 slot

ATL was a week or 2 ago for $84

Now its $99.99 at cc and $105 at amazoink

Edit: I missed the atl price and a little upset now :(
Edit2: Its has dram and has pretty good reviews for a budget drive
