Warm considering it's been $299 the rest of the year, recently dropped to 249 @HD & Lowes. Previous low for another colorway (matte black) was $186. Even if z-wave tech isn't your thing, you can still use it for "dumb" touchpad entry. Entry codes can be manually programmed and removed for babysitter, psw, etc.
Great for those who aren't phone savvy and wouldn't necessarily get use out of the more expensive Encode. My parents have a Schlage sense with wifi adapter, but still prefer using it sans app.
