If the 'Planet Earth I & II Gift Set [Blu-ray]' was 50$, it would still be worth it.
It's the ultimate nature documentary imo. With David Attenborough and music by Hans Zimmer

I have them all.

Seven worlds has some good footage. You'll want to get that and PEII+BPII.

Avoid everything else. They are either reused footage or crappy 720p footage upscaled to 4K with horribly oversaturated colors.

The 4K Blue Earth II/Blue Planet discs are still the greatest looking video I've seen on my OLED. Pure eye-candy and the best demo worth material I've found. It truly puts into perspective how how far behind regular cable/streaming video is compared to what it can be.

Does the 4K version come with a standard blu-ray or DVD or digital version? Looking at it for a gift and they don’t have a 4K player OR tv currently but would rather future proof.

Thanks OP.

Bought The Planet Earth II and Blue Planet II package. Hoping the previous less than stellar packaging issues are resolved by now.
