One of things you miss with keto is the 'culture of eating', one of those simple pleasures.

All the Dinosaur, Autobot, He-man-esque 'loudly' branded cereals being replaced with fruity eat-pray-love packaged keto foods.

On the bright side, I haven't lost a foot or vision in one eye due to stratospheric blood sugar.

Carry on.

Have people seriously never seen Shredded Wheat? It's been around for decades. One of the "bricks" (lol) is a single serving. No different than pouring any other cereal into a bowl

I vaguely remember having a small amount of hot water poured on it to soften it, and then milk and sugar added. That I didnt do that daily myself makes me question how good it really was.

Don’t use water, nuke a cup of milk until hot and use that. Add a little sugar and fruit, you’re golden.....

Yep same - Pour boiling water over dry cereal, drain then pour cold milk over and sprinkle with brown sugar
