[Amazon.ca] Silicon Power 1TB NVMe PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 TLC R/W up to 3,400/3,000MB/s SSD - $174.99

Amazon has dropped the price on this Silicon Power 1TB NVMe PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 SSD down to $174.99 and shipping is free.

Looks like a good deal for 1TB NVMe with fast performance (3400/3000MB)

Silicon Power supposedly swapped out the Phison E12 for a Silicon Motion SM2262EN a few months back. I haven't seen benches yet but it's likely a small downgrade. Will most likely perform more similarly to an SX8200 Pro or Gammix S11 Pro. As opposed to the Sabrent Rocket which it was previously basically identical to.

Bought this one two weeks ago. Phison E12 has been replaced with Phison E12S.
Waiting for new motherboard to do speed tests. According to Canada Post, it is out for delivery.

If anyone is interested, I should be able to test tonight or tomorrow morning and post results.

Interesting, I wonder if they were having trouble sourcing E12S so they temporarily switch to the SM2262EN. No idea but it may or may not be a lottery atm. Not a huge deal but it's not like the market isn't flush with options at this price point.

Also would pay extra for the SN750 WD Black.
