Reviews on amazon suggest that the plastic wears out quickly. Anyone have any experience contrary to that experience?

How sturdy is this? I hate disposable plastic cutlery as it breaks within 1 second of use. I normally keep metal utensils in my locker, but having a little case kit would be handy.

These are garbage, and really no better than disposable cutlery.

You can only use two pieces at a time, since they only supply two handles, so you might have to keep swapping heads depending on what you're eating.

The knife head does not attach firmly to the handle, and this is the most important piece, considering you use it in a sawing motion.

Back they go, not wasting my time with them.
