Been watching this snowblower for quite a while, now the price is 2nd lowest in history. We don't have a time machine and can't go back to the day when it was on sale for $168 UwU
Had a similar unit (SJ623E) in the past, the snow bowing capability is quite good for toronto snowy days.
A few caveats though,
1. this is not a Toro, so the internal belt is not very durable, my last SJ623E lasted me about 7 years until the belt slipped.
2. There are lots of reports for snowjoe series with internal plastic wheel disintegrated due to wears, though mine didn't happen.
3. the replacement parts are very expensive, for eg. a belt costs around $100 on ebay and $25 for shipping, but if you can find another used SJ6xxx model, you can try to swap parts since the belt, plastic wheel for all SJ6xxx series are interchangeable. Probably better to buy another blower on sale should any parts broken
4. The motor is very durable, but it's not strong enough for wet/icy snows
