Tried it, didn't like it. Artifical taste.

I just make my water and drop some lemon juice in there . Add some stevia if you want, I guess.

At this price I’m going to try it. Let’s see if all the bad reviews are correct.

This is what I do. With soda I use straight lemon. In still water I do lemon and a few drops of stevia, tastes like lemonade.

Just adding some squeezed lemon to water doesnt really come close to lemonade for me. Usually have to make a simple syrup of boiling sugar + lemon, but thats a hassle.
Any actually decent syrups out there?

There's really not that many calories in real fruits, especially with the quantity of exctracted juice you'd use. You also avoid Sucralose.

I know this is off topic but for sodastream users where do you buy the c02 tanks?. And cheap ones in GTA?

Lemon is gross. The Lime (green) ones are good. I usually add a couple drops of the cucumber flavor drops.

I get mine off kijiji, there's usually someone selling refills.

I've been to a couple of homebrew stores, one near to mccowan and Kingston ish. Another in the north York area. Some people refill privately too, but whatever the case try to make sure that the co2 you do get is food grade. You dont want to be using paintball co2 your soda, though I'm guessing the risks are tiny anyway, but still pay the extra for food grade. Prices are about $10 to $15 for a sodastream tank refill.

Sheppard wine works. Can't remember price but remember it's reasonable. Try giving them a call.

I still have not used the Sodastream Fizzi units I bought for $29 at Walmart last year. I should crack one open just to test it out. Thanks for the heads up on this...
