[Amazon.ca] Subaru OEM Cabin Air Filter $17.43

Lowest price ever on Subaru cabin air filters. Should fit most Subaru's but you can check to make sure this is the right one. I ordered 3.

Once every 8 years? Gross!

I just checked mine today and in 3 years it’s disgusting. I’ll definitely change it more now.

My 2011 STI has under 25k on it (I barely drive it), even my wife's 2010 Impreza was fine with 80k wasn't bad after 8 years of negligence.

I'll probably change it more now since I've been getting them for under 10 bucks on ebay since.

Same goes with engine air filters they are under 10 bucks on ebay too (but I change those every 1-2 years)

Nice I have a 2009 STI. I’ve got an intake and that reminds me that I should clean the filter. Thanks haha.

Warm at best IMO, I paid $18 CAD at RockAuto to get the carbon activated one.

Don't have a Subie but definitely worth it to avoid one of the worst rackets going at the stealerships...

really depend on how much use you get.

ive had my wrx for 3 years and at last inspect, my mechanic said no need to change my cabin air filter. i never use heat or AC unless i'm on highway or have passengers.

Funny enough, I'd just ordered one for my Saab 9-2x (rebadged Impreza), but I got this one for $16.21: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00UZYHDYW/ I don't really care about the air filtration, but I keep getting maple keys and small leaves sucked up into the ventilation system, and it's a big pain to take things apart to remove them so they're not always rattling around. Hopefully this will keep them at bay a bit better.

Edit: Ah, I see that the OP's post is for 2008+ models, and mine is for 2002-2007 or something like that.

If it's a new 2018 Crosstrek, you won't have to wait because this filter won't fit.
