Ever since I started using Muji Pens and Pencils, I've never bought stationary from Staples or Amazon lol.

The above pencil might not be great, but there are quite a few really good pencils at this price point. Some highly recommended stationaries:

Thanks, I was looking for some 0.5mm to try, on sale...

The Kuru Toga Advance is great. The Advance Upgrade has a metal grip area which I find makes it too heavy and slippery. Both are good other than the fact if you are left handed it tends to unscrew the tip... at least for how I hold it.

The Pentel Twist-Erase GT is awesome. It's robust, reliable and has a great large eraser.

I really don't see how this differed with the dollar store ones...like $1.25 for 5?

If you're content with those pens. Stay there my man. Shit can get expensive fast once you've tried the good stuff.

Ever since I used Frixion pens all my pencils fell by the wayside, cleaner erase w no dust.

I use REAL pencil when I was young, shit get expensive when I use electronic and forgot how to write

I used real pencils until middle school when I was allowed to pick my own stuff.

Well worth the $20-30.

The pen version is great too.

Boss uses these pencils and the refill also come in red for drawings





I tell boss to use Crayon and he call me bad names.

The Sarasa clip mentioned is actually a pen. There is also the popular Pilot G2, Paper Mate InkJoy, Pentel EnerGel, uni-ball Jetstream (my personal favourite)
