ECA stack has done wonders for me.
If you like the "tingly" feeling, I believe you can order beta-aline from many sites which gives that affect.

Agree regarding ECA. I'd say ECA is better than probably any pre-workout while costing significantly less.
Pre-workouts with 1 3 dimethylamylamine used to be good, but I don't think anything you can actually get now has it as an ingredient. Or maybe I haven't looked hard enough.

x3 on EC stack (I wouldn't take it with aspirin) with creatine separately. I am not sure why people waste money on PWO when most just try to replicate the EC stack plus ephedrine and caffeine pills are dirt cheap/legal in Canada.

Interesting, I used to buy jack3d cuz I liked that tingly feeling; but I heard they changed the ingredient as the chemicals that gave the feeling was banned in Canada; I guess not

That's also true. I just refer to it as ECA because people are more familiar with that and if you punch it into google it'll come up with stuff where as if you just type in EC you probably don't get relevant info.
