Not sure which rock you came out from. Sunnto was the biggest of the digital watches for diving and climbing before everyone decided to be "smart".

If there are problems with the watch after Amazons warranty, is there a Suunto repair center in Canada??

Be aware that this watch does not have a GPS and rely on your phone for it.

I have an all black suunto 3 if anybody in the Vancouver area is interested. Won't be for $99 but it'll be reasonable

All Suunto watches are made in Finland. I own an Ambit 3 Peak and it has been a solid watch for 4+ years.

I bought a Suunto from a Winners a few years ago (rfd effect). The backlight didn’t work out of the box. I contacted Suunto and they referred me to a local outdoor trail shop here in Halifax for warranty. After about a month they called and gave me a brand new model as they couldn’t fix it.
