Spend a few bucks more and get a 120gb frisbee SSD, this level of cheapness only hurts you in the long run OP.

In fairness to our emancipating president, Silicon Power isn't a terrible brand.

The point of all this is to say, there's virtually no good reason to own an HDD boot drive in 2019. HDDs are archive drives at best, this isn't 2009.

People were booting their IBM XTs with HDDs in 1983.
