Not sure if I should buy this one or wait for a better deal during Black Friday. Basically, I don't watch a lot of TV but for the occasional movie or YouTube videos. Do you guys think we will have a deal on a 6th gen 55" TCL during Black Friday?

Prices do change, and i know this is for 399.99 which is a superb price but if you can A) spent a little more and get the 2020 5 series now, get it B) if youre looking for a good deal, i would wait for the 2020 5 series to be discounted (if it ever does)

the 5 series for 2020 is going to be similar to the 6 series of last year, maybe even a bit better....

It's a nice price but if you could afford to spend a little more I would get the upcoming 5 series or current 6 series

I think they're moving away from centre stands across the industry.

I have a 55" HDTV from 2015 that has a centre stand and I wish it had the legs.

While Costco's warranty is big plus which one has a better quality? Hisense 55R61G or TCL 55" 55S425-CA overall?

Bought my haier tv from Costco literally 4 1/2 yrs old the dam tv just went called the warranty provider, the guy never even seen the tv and got my money back because the back light was broken. I was shocked they honored and gave us 569.99 back in a check.

Cant beat it to pay that extra warranty fee!

I agree. But I hate to when people whine and say "well now I need a time machine... Wah wah wah".

I appreciate knowing that it was cheaper at some point in the past as it helps me determine if the current price of an item is in my best interest, which helps me make a more informed decision on a potential purchase.

So yes. Please always continue to do this everyone and ignore the haters.
