[Amazon Canada] TCL 65S425-CA 4K Ultra HD Smart LED Television (2019), 65" $699

Dropped from $899 to $699.

I'm thinking at this rate the 6 series drop at this size should be right around the corner..

Cheaper at Costco. Plus you get a two-year warranty instead of a one one year warranty when you buy any tv from Costco. The pic was taken a few weeks ago, but I assume prices would be very similar.

Yup, Amazon needs to put this up at $599 to make it competitive with Costco.

Does Costco deliver? How much? Also, would this tv fit in a car? Or an uber? Uberxl?

Costco doesn't deliver tvs I don't think, someone correct me if I am wrong. Won't fit in a car. Would need a van or SUV with all seats folded down (2nd and third row if it's a 7 seater) Uber driver may not like the idea, unless you're tipping well.

Costco.ca delivers. Though they usually account for the shipping cost in the price, so the total cost would be more online vs in-store.
Assuming .ca even carries the product.

Possible Costco shipping issues aside (TCL doesn't appear to be available at Costco.ca and Amazon ships that TV free, with Prime at least, not sure about non-Prime), this is also a different model.

The Amazon model is the 425:

while the Costco model you saw is the 423:

The stand is different, unsure about any technical differences, but nobody seems to have noticed your model swap which might matter to some.

Is the 55" for 499 a good deal? Or is it the same at other places?

Also, is it possible to return a tv to amazon? Would it be easier than bestbuy or brick and mortar? On the one hand it gets shipped for free to your door, but I'm not sure if you can return to amazon (but if you could, just bring to post office? Or do you call shipping company to pick it up? Either way post office is close to me)... While at best buy you have to take it home or uber or pay for delivery, but you can definitely return (tho you also have to bring it all the way back to bestbuy)

Also, these roku tvs, do they have a regular remote too? Or just that roku remote? Can you use a regular remote (from rogers) with it?

I want to be able to type the channel number, the roku remote doesn't have numbers

They are exactly the same TVs. Walmart carries this tv and uses model number s421, Costco uses s423 and amazon uses s425 and even sometimes in the states retailers use model s405.

FWIW I believe the difference in models is the remote, apparently there are differences between them.

Interesting to learn here that the stand also differs from a poster above.

Does anyone in Canada sell the TCL 6-series models? I don't know if it's still the case, but in 2017 those 6-series were like THE budget HDR TV, their review scores weren't too far behind the high end models from the big brands.
