Probably refers for 15% off.

I bought this recently and I've been getting my 8 year old into the series a bit. It's a good figure. The legs are a bit tricky to transform. I miss Megatron transforming into a gun, but I get why he's been changed into a tank. It's odd that Megatron goes on sale often while Optimus never does and often is more expensive. I get he's the good guy, bit I figured they would at least be on equal footing.
