Thanks OP, will order some and see when it arrives. Out of interest, not that it is surprising, this is now $2.20 more than when I purchased on Amazon back in August.

Actually, I heard on CBC radio yesterday that late Fall (November/early December) is when supply is expected to "normalize". Fingers crossed for a Christmas miracle ya'll.

I got excited thinking this is cold/flu syrup
I haven't seen shortages on Tylenol/Advil fever syrups, but I have not seen any children's cold/flu on the shelves since beginning of the year. Only see few Benylns or Buckleys but never Tylenol or Advil...

I ordered this exact one from Amazon before and it had short expiry date (~6 months), just fyi on risk.

I kept checking Costco a couple months back and they were always sold out. One day I had to go back because I forgot something and saw they FINALLY had fresh stock and I grabbed one just in case (we had borrowed one from a friend in the meantime). So glad I did because a day or so later there was the "shortage" and potential for pharmacies to keep it behind the shelf now. Still think about that day and how lucky I was.

Anyways, $10 is a pretty good price, hopefully it ships for those who need it sooner than 1 month..

I bought for $5.97 in January and they had a credit promo for $3 off any Tylenol product so it only cost $2.97 talk about inflation…

I went to 3 Walmarts and couple of shoppers none of them had infant/child Tylenol/acetaminophen in stock. We luckily got Advil.

Today at Walmart I casually asked at the pharmacy if there were any in stock as they had none on the shelves (stocktrack showed zero) ... To my surprise the kind lady at the counter brought one from their cabinet.

So please ask at the pharmacy, they might have some saved for emergencies.

Some local pharmacies make them daily in small batches, 100ml ~$25. Expires in 2 weeks, and availability has been good. You just need to find out which ones near you, and call them as soon as you need it. If you call in the morning, chances are you'll get one.

I was able to find some generic brand at Rexall. If you go to a Doctor's Office - they usually have not for sale samples as well. Same product, no barcode. We have a friend at a Doctor's office who is able to give us some as well. Shelves are bare here in BC. All of the toddlers have been hit with back to school cough and cold.
