I picked up the Advil 360ml package (2 bottles) at Costco yesterday for $15.99.
Costco has a 1 per account limit, so no more hoarding.

My kids dislike the taste of Tylenol.

I understand the need for under 5 but for 6-11 you can easily figure out the dosage or ask your pharmacist. even if your kid can't figure out how to swallow a pill it's easy to mix into liquid or food. People tend to get nervous able dose but it's pretty easy to figure out if you know your child's weight.

Wife saw a “gentleman” empty the shelves literally and walk out the store with 10 bottles of Children’s Advil the other day. Not sure why this particular store allowed it.

This is really ridiculous.
My kid just came out of an eye surgery (both eyes) yesterday and he needs Tylenol every 4 hours for 3 days to subside the pain and can't take Advil due to (fatal) allergies.

Luckily we had a bottle available from before thanks to my wife.

Have to checked over a dozen pharmacies and nowhere to be found.

If you're really in a jam and can follow directions for the appropriate age /dosage and / or do math, you can also crush up a tablet from regular acetaminophen bottles and mixed into your child's favourite fruit/grape juice (just stay away from citrus ones).
