Thanks OP. My sister wanted to try a vegan protein powder instead of Whey, so Berry at just under $26 with S&S is a great deal. Hopefully she’ll like it.

The Vega protein I tried from Costco was disgusting. It doesn’t dilute very well in water. It separates very quickly even after spins in the Vitamix.

I use this stuff everyday to make frozen strawberry protein ice cream. Super low calorie, very filling, and tastes good enough to me.

Best in a high speed blender — I use a Blendtec with a twister jar. Vitamix/Ninja or similar will be fine.

Slowly blend 1 scoop protein (Vega Sport or any of your favourite whey protein) with about 200ml of water. It should have a thick consistency.

Then add a little over a cup of frozen sliced strawberries (or about 10 whole frozen strawberries) and blend at high speed, pushing down any mix that gets stuck on the side of the blender jar.

210 calories
31g protein
17g carbs (12g net carbs)
3g Fat

It comes out pretty creamy and very similar texture to ice cream.

This can be done with mango or bananas but the calories go up because there’s more sugar with those fruits.

I have been taking the chocolate or vanilla flavors for quite some time now. I just put warm water in a glass and then add a scoop of protein mix and it comes out like a hot chocolate drink.
