It's vacuum packed so it's perfectly shelf-stable at room temperature. But once you open the package, you must refrigerate any unconsumed contents. But who's not going to eat the whole thing!?!

How do these compare to the one at Costco that is filled with cheese?

Would you freeze these in stead of keeping them non refrigerated in the heat?

1. Buy cheap, buy twice
