[Amazon.ca] WD Blue SN550 1TB NVMe Internal SSD - $130

I think this is a really good price. Great for someone who is looking for an SSD but it is currently on backorder. Due in stock August 15.

Aug 24 update: the price has dropped to $130.

Only a handful of people got the 'deal', the OP refused to change the price back to $159.99. This is the better deal.

How much did most people need to pay for it? I feel like maybe I should return my 500GB sn750 ($95) for this one instead.

Same price ($149.99) at:

Memory Express

New Egg Canada

The only one with free shipping is NewEgg, but if you're near a Canada Computer or Memory Express location then you can pick it up.

That's a much bigger deal for SATA than it is for NVMe drives.

You plan to write 336GB a day to this thing for 5 years? Or Maybe 118GB a day for 10 years? This drive clearly isn't targeting power users so who gives a **** about endurance.

Hiding the price in the thread is known as SSD teasing, it sends my heart a flutter.

In this case, no flutter.
