Hi there,

I know Costco sells a 4.5kg bag of organic sugar, so the sugar one isn't the best deal, unless you use a small bag.

My issue with most packaged Stevia is that it's not just Stevia. Pure Stevia is extremely sweet, to the point that you only need to add a very small amount to sweeten anything. Most companies want to keep the familiar "sugar packet" size, so they put fillers in with the Stevia (like erythritol in this case).

This is the only pure Stevia I could find that tastes good:

I use it regularly. It's a little pricey by volume, but keep in mind that you only use a very small amount compared to the packets. So, for 75 servings, you're paying just under 0.07$/serving. The pure Stevia I linked comes out to about 0.05$/serving, after currency conversion. Shipping to Canada is free and I've never paid any duties.

”Fair Trade Sugar” - what the heck is that? Sugar cane is an industrial cash crop, how in the world it can be non fair trade?
