For those who haven't clicked the link, these are knock off Bar Mitts, also known as Pogies. They keep the wind off your hands while riding. I'm a big fan of pogies in the winter, and can commute throughout the Ottawa winters in these and a thin pair of glove liners. Having said that, they look dorky as hell, and can be awkward to get in and out of if you have thicker gloves on. I haven't tried these ones, but to be honest, I'm sure they're fine, there's not a lot too them - it's just a neoprene overmitt. $30 feels like a lot for what they are, but this is a pretty specialized item and they are way cheaper than actual Bar Mitts.
