[Amazon.ca] WISE TIGER Wifi Adapter Ac 600Mbps Dual Band 5Ghz / 2.4Ghz $13.60

Needed a 5ghz adapter for an older computer and came across this.

Never used before so no idea if any good. 3xcamel does show it's the lowest price ever.

I purchased the same one. Very stable and much faster than a older adapter I was using. Worth the price.

I have a few of these for every PC in the house. Abeit it's the 300 mbit version. Oh boy has it served us well. It has given me no issues. Have had ASUS and Linksys ones which had some issues but may not been an issue with the device directly.

Also an option for those who like pink. Same price.

Currently using a decent D-Link version from a decade ago, and in need of a new wireless solution for my desktop. Is USB the way to go out should I invest in a PCIe wireless card instead?

Having Bluetooth will also be useful...a PCIe card can have both, but if I go with this, I'll also need another dongle for Bluetooth. I have enough ports but could use some input.

PCIe will always be more reliable than USB WiFi adapters. They have a bad rep for overheating particularly when you're downloading over VPN. Hopefully, it won't be the case with this one since the reviews are pretty solid, plus, they claim they have a lifetime guarantee on refunds.

Thanks! Been eyeing an Asus wireless/BT PCIe card currently listed for close to $50. 3xcamel says the all time low was about $25 last Christmas so I'll wait a bit.

My current USB seems to.randomly disconnect, which is fine when surfing but totally throws off any multiplayer game.
