I bought the 850w 2 weeks ago from Amazon, can I ask for price adjustment from them?

You can try but probably have to return and rebuy

One of the best for mining. I own 12 of these.
Each comes with FOUR PCIE power cables (2*2x8 and 2*1x8), Corsair for example would have charged you $15 for 2 cables since the RM750X comes with 2 cables only.

1x 750w can handle 3x3060ti/3070s + a 3080. I have all of mine set up like that except the main PSU is an 850w to handle CPU/mobo.
(750w*.8)-(3*120+240)=0

Amazon doesn't do this. You'll have to buy it again, and return the first one. Huge PITA to do, I've argued with their support a few times in the past when the price difference has been significant enough to be worth it.

I posted this deal because I bought one about a month ago, and like notnow17 said it comes with a sufficient number of cables and it has 5 Pcie outputs. I did buy another recently but took it back because I bought a HP server PSU for my mining rig since they are platinum rated and made to run 24/7 and if you look right it can be found fairly cheaply, just another option if your looking to power several GPU's.

How stiff are the cables? Anyone compared it with Seasonic or Fractal cables?

Tier-A PSU, own one and runs like a champ. The cables are stiff but it's a non-issue.
