There should be 3x credit promos going on right now:

I used the first link to pick any book. It asked me to use kindle app, but I just closed the page. Then I clicked 2nd link and I see the button to claim the $5.
Apparently, you don't actually need to open the book. You just need to click read on any book there.

It will show up in the final summary page before you press the last button to order.

Weird, I don't see the claim button... My books are in my library. Anyone have a screenshot?
