Google it, naturally occuring element (doesn't mean much) but it says it's for colour.

Man made chemicals are usually worse than natural, but thats not to say natural chemicals can still be dangerous to us. An example would be the resin in solder which is oil from pine trees, but very harmful to us in large quantities.
