I bought one for the guest bed. You can feel the springs while lying on it. I got a cheap foam topper to help and since then it's one of the most comfortable beds i've ever slept on.

Looking for a mattress for my child, how good is Zinus? How good if compare this to the spring mattress from IKEA?

You can filter the reviews for the specific model. But I agree I hate that by default it shows the reviews for all models.

I think I bought this model from Costco a couple months ago. They were $149.99 ea. Costco does not stock them anymore. Zinus 6" spring mattress. Same photo.

They are fine. Ok for young kids. I got these as mattresses for bunk beds, since they were 6".

As an adult, when you flat on your back on them, they are ok. It's once you roll around you can tell it's not very supportive.

They are spring mattresses, but they still come rolled up in a box.

My experience with cheap spring mattresses is that the springs lose resilience and become soft pretty quickly, so the mattress sinks in deep under weight. It seems to me that foam mattresses are actually more durable. Given how cheap this one is, I wouldn't recommend it even for a kid's bed.
