[Amazon.ca] ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 AMP Edition (6GB) - $228.99 [DEAD]

Decent price on a 1060 6gb if you can't wait until boxing day.

Oddly enough, a lot of the PC components deals are the same numerical price as on Amazon.com

Check out the other daily deals too!

Should I get this or keep the MSI Rx570 8Gb I picked up from CC for 210 with 30 MIR ?

Performance seems comparable.

Gah. I'm still rocking my gtx560 ti 448 core. This would probably be a nice boost. But no time for gaming.

What to do?

I pulled the trigger. I didn't wait this time. I had the MSI RX570 8GB from Canada Computers in my cart and waited too long since I was shopping for a few parts for a new build and wanted to save on shipping. I also bought the ASUS ROG Strix B350-F motherboard from warehouse deals last week. I guess it's going back since I can get a new one for the same price from today's deal of the day.

Free games? Where? Spec wise it seems this thing is 2x faster/better than the 560?

Or were you talking to someone else?

Been holding off like the other person said for this damn crypto craze to die, and pricing to return to normal. This seems pretty damn good. Lowest $ according to Camel

Dont forget about power consumption in AMD GPU's. They are hogs. The 1060 maxes out at 120 watts and the RX 580 (with basically identical performance) uses almost double at 225 watts. You have to drop another $100 bucks on a PSU if you don't have a 500+ watt PSU, and it costs like $30/year more to power.

I wonder if there's a measurable increase in the cost of air conditioning in the summer too.

I run a GTX 760 and it basically turns my PC into a space heater.

Forces me to take breaks when gaming because I can't stand the heat.

If your mining sure. But gaming? At 105 watts more your looking at 113 days straight gaming with the gpu pulling max power to cost $30 more in a year.

Discustingly good price for a 6gb card. All those playing on 1080@144hz, this card is the perfect for that imo.
