Coleman 48-Quart Cooler Chest - $27.98

That's regular price for the same cooler at walmart. I have two, they're OK, but the hinges on them suck and will break, I expect the drain plug keeper will fail on mine before too long, and the plastic is relatively thin compared to other models. Basically it's a cheap cooler that will do the job, as long as you don't expect it to stay flawless long term. (My buddy has the same one, his hinges are all broken and drain plug is gone, he uses a shaved down cork now.

Not nearly as well made as the oldschool ones, and don't think about sitting on it, my lids are dented from someone relatively light sitting on it for 20 mins (an adult would probably collapse it if they sat on it for a while). Ice will last ~2-3 days in it, not as good as the oldschool colemans. If you're only using it infrequently though they're as good as you'll get for the price.
