It works. I have them right now and it sounds really good for tiny speakers. Don't forget to update the q7cr to the latest to get earc. After the firmware update and using earc everything sounds so much clearer and the rear speakers got much louder.

Anyone have a noticeable hissing from these speakers? Using them with a Q70R.

I notice it sometimes (maybe 5%) but not all the times. Try changing the wire connection at the back of the speakers
