This has happened many times other items, just gets more attention when it's also a huge price error.
Something to do with this item is messed up in their system and thus it thinks it cant be shipped. Nothing can fix it until Amazon's backend team looks at it and corrects it.

I'm still able to order no problem, ships to Mississauga, too bad I've had this exact dolley but tired of pin system dollies, price is a steal
