Great deal - this is the bench they use at Orange Theory Fitness. Doubles up as a work out bench as well as a stepper (as you can lower or raise it). It has been sold out for a while and actually was showing as $300+ over that time. Not sure why it is showing $189.11 as regular price right now.

Back in 2017 there was a post on RFD raving about $199.99 being an amazing price.

Ordered, thanks OP. Missed out the last time. I don't have the space for a conventional bench at home and this is perfect for my condo. I've used a similar bench in Equinox group fitness classes and they're alright.

This was on clearance at marshalls for 25$ (before pandemic) i didnt buy it because of the weight limit haha

Is 330 LB weight limit good or bad?

Wikipedia indicates average Canadian man weights 80.3 kg (177 lb). Average woman weight is missing on Wikipedia.

A bench press implies you will be lifting weights on it :) . So it's the total weight of the person and the dumbbells you lift.

IT's just too low for comfort. After some time in training lot's of people can bench their own weight and then some, albeit with varying levels of form.
