Everyone is talking about Beach Hill BBQ in East York, but I haven't tried it myself.

Never tried it but www.artofbbq.ca is on kingston road in cliffside Scarborough
He claims North Carolina style in about section learning from his uncle.

Not quite Scarborough, but just at the border of Scarborough/Pickering is Pigout BBQ, the brisket is good there.

Beach Hill BBQ is probably the best american/texas style BBQ in the city.
I tried them after ditching Adamsons BBQ.
Northern Smokes in Port Union is a good option in Scarborough.
