$375 if you spend that much, if it works like the basic card. Idk if this is a hot deal though, AMEX always has these types of offers.

$375 - $100 annual fee = $275

Most no fee card only gives you 1% cash back. Therefore as long as you spend more than 10k on the card, you are better off paying the $99 AF and go with this card.
