Bought xbox gc from BB and got the cash back in 1 day.

Bought a $50 nintendo e-gift card from BB and got the credit

Ordered two $25 GC from Best buy and will update once i receive the credit.

Anyone had tried an order with Bestbuy's marketplace seller and received the $20 credit ?

It's been a few days and I have received my order from Best Buy, still no credit. It is coded on my Amex statement to a specific store in Surrey, despite being an online order, so it seems that by purchase came from a store instead of a warehouse. I'm wondering if this could be the issue. Anyone with similar?

Data point.

SC card had a regular purchase (preorder) went through on Nov 12 and got the $15 credit.

SCP card made a $50 bestbuy physical giftcard purchase also went through on Nov 12 but no $20 credit.

Both transactions are coded to the online bestbuy 900 store.

Also no indication on the credit tab for my SCP. I did see the credit earlier in the sc card.

If the credit posts on my SCP I will update this

Edit: finally see the $20 in the credits tab today Nov 16 so it took longer to post but it does work!

oh that totally sucks to hear. Keep us posted. Looks like the best way to go is to order something and have BB refund it to a GC.

Same thing happening so far on mine, only showing as St. John's store (instead of Surrey) despite being an online order for delivery. Charge posted for a few days now but no credit showing yet. Anyone have a resolution to this? I guess I will have to call in...
