Amzaing Impossible Amazon Laptop !

I was surfing refurbished laptops and came upon this technological marvel, possessing both an "Intel Core i5-6200U 2.30GHz" and a " a blazing fast Intel Celeron 2.30GHz Processor." I may but it just to experience surfing with a dual-chip machine.

Some of those business grade laptops hold their value surprisingly well despite their age. I still see Thinkpad T420 and T430 units selling locally for decent price considering they are a decade old by now.

With a SSD and enough RAM, these old workhorse machines are still decent for basic tasks (browsing, email/productivity etc.). They also tend to be built extremely solid, though at this point any OEM battery will surely be lasting under an hour to a few minutes.

it depends on your needs... i have a computer with an 6th gen running some linux and its fine for that purpose would it work for daily usage probably. Dont think it will run windows 11 if thats what you need. used to use lenovos at work and had some personally in the past and i liked them build quality seemed good and didnt have major issues with them.

i checked https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/I ... 4vsm906918 for the difference between the two cpus which kinda is the heart of the computer. and its about 25% better on the newer computer. as its a laptop would suspect the battery is newer too.

im on a overpriced mac now which i dont see switching away from but if something suites your needs go with that.

The $300 one seems similar to this $250 2019 Lenovo ThinkPad T470 14in Full HD FHD (1920x1080) Business Laptop (Intel Core i5-6300U, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB SSD) Thunderbolt, Type-C, HDMI RJ-45, Windows 10 Professional 64 Bit (Renewed) https://a.co/d/bUkfPSj

Specs wise they are similar but the X1 carbon is known for being thin and light weight vs the T470 with be a bit bigger/heavier. Some of the X1 carbons also come with touch screen too
