No need to create a new account.. just change your region in your current nintendo account, redeem, and then switch back.

CDKeys is not an authorized reseller, it is a gray market seller. But it is a third-party key reseller with high reputation and great costumer service. That's why you can purchase a steam key or xbox membership without any hesitation. Even if there occurs a problem, you can easily get refund. But switch digital code is a different story, as long as the code is not legit, your switch console(not just your account) will be banned from Nintendo. So I won't recommend you to purchase digital code on this site.
