Any computer savvy people-Facebook ads

Can anyone help me with this I am trying to post my biz ad in market place and it keeps getting deleted yada yada I know Facebook wants me to pay for promo but the problem is I have been paying for Facebook ads and absolutely zero results!!! I need my ad posted in marketplace the few times they let the ad stay up for a few minutes I got lots of messages! And the thing is I see lots of people in the same industry able to freely post their ads without them being removed! Please tell me if anyone knows how to circumvent this I am willing to pay!

maybe there are some terms and conditions you are not following and that's why they remove them?
