Any ETA on next public mobile promo?

Hey guys just wondering if we know when public mobile would have another sign up promo? My little brother really needs a cellphone plan but i've been waiting to see if public mobile will have another sign up promo, or if I should just sign him up now.

March is the end of Telus first financial quarter. PM may a promo to sign up more subscribers. YMMV
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.
Public Mobile $34 15GB, $11 250MB, 2x $5 50min/50text, $0 FPL home phone,
Fido $5 4GB plan with a free tablet.

Public Mobile is due for another promo. The deals are not that great though. Typical savings is one one month of service.
Koodo $40/6GB
Public Mobile $40/15GB, $35/20GB, lot less with rewards
Tangerine Bank, EQ Bank, Simplii
