Commissioned IA can make 60 to 250 k per year depending on skillset. Right now I am hiring an IA out in Alberta for an oil spill her rate is $260 per hour..I'm guessing that she take 40 -60% of that so quite feasible she's making 200k per year

Retirements too hard thinned the ranks. Junior adjusters have a fear of actually picking up the phone .. they just email.
