Id suggest following the sheridan flyers or whatever you have close to your house.

Sheridan I think already had their big % off everything sale to clear out stuff, but they will usually have it a few times towards the end of the season.

Also, kinda depends on what type of plant you are looking for. Some stuff will rarely be discounted as they can just save it for next year.
