I would like to buy a gaming desktop before the end of the year and I don,t want to bother building one myself, any deal out there for something around 1300-1600 CAN$

You can buy all components seperate and get someone (can computers) to build it for you. Always a better/cheaper route

Just built a Ryzen 3600X build with 2070 Super for $1500 black friday sales for my cousin. You can pay Canada Computers $50-100 to build it.
