Anyone come across any good lease offers, either car or SUV? If so, please post here.

Not sure how aggressively you need to bargain but Honda Accord base 2019 trim is available for 320 taxes in, zero down for 20k 5 years lease. All charges, fees included. This is for GTA

Quality thread, no price range whatsoever.

Mitsubishi Mirage or Lamborghini Urus are my recommendations.

Happy hunting.

Could you share the source?

I get $405/month taxes in so I must be doing something wrong. On honda.ca their (Toronto) offers for 2019 Accord LX for 60 months lease 20K $0 Down $0 Security deposit is $83/month (actually $82.88/month) or $358/month and the fine print (Legal) specifies ... other taxes including HST are extra ...

OP, I double checked romeocanada's numbers and I must say that's a super deal. If you have any doubts you can check it out yourself:

First go to Honda website and build your 2019 Accord LX CVT. Click on "include sales tax" "Monthly" (payment), the Term defaults to 60 @ 2.99 APR and complete your build. On the Lease Summary page make a note of the Freight & PDI ($1,655), Federal Air Conditioner Fee ($100) OMVIC ($100) not sure about the tire tax, and the Residual Value ($11,558)

Next make a note of the 2019 Accord LX invoice price ($26,124) from the unhaggle thread page 773

Last step go to Goverment of Canada Lease calculator and fill out the form:

Under BUY fill out the tax rate: 13 (Ontario)
Under Lease:
Total Pre-tax ... invoice price + Fees (26,124+1,655+200) $27,979
Buyout $11,558
Number of months 60
Interest Rate 2.99

and you'll get the monthly payment (tax in) $364.97 for the Accord at invoice price which would be a very good deal if you could get it. Now instead of $27,979 enter $25,800 and you'll get a monthly payment of ~$320 taxes in all charges included, that's $2K under the invoice price without any incentives which qualifies for a super deal (as long as "The Manager" doesn't change the buyout).

PS. While the merit of this thread might be questionable there are a lot of ppl searching this forum for info and I thought that I should give those interested a reference to how to double check a lease.

Yeah I got quoted $375 taxes in for 4 year lease with 20k kms for the Accord Base (with Honda loyalty discount as I have a previous lease with Honda). Also got quoted $410 taxes in for Accord Sport 1.5 CVT for 4 year lease with 20k kms. Both options zero downpayment. Let me know if someone needs this hookup. I am thinking about getting this soon. Accords are reliable and the new one is super fun to drive!

Both quotes that you got $375 & $410 are above the invoice price for the Base & Sport so the dealer makes anywhere between $500 to over $1K on the sale depending on the interest rate (0 to 1.99%) as opposed to romeocanada's deal which is 2K below invoice, (believe it or not but the dealer is loosing $2K for every sale).
