Any hot auto lease deals near year end ?

Have been looking to see if any special/hot deals for auto year end leases we typically see around now when 2018's need to be cleared out. If anyone has come across something exceptional, please share.

Common guys. It’s not his job or responsibility to make sure he posts correctly. What are the mods for?

$4000 Rebate on 2018 Acura ILX. Friend of mine leased one for $6000 off (4000 rebate plus 2000 discount).
Not bad for a compact car.

Wow, that's great. The lease cash means that a 2 year lease cost only $2/month more than a 4 year lease!

Edit: Nevermind, I didn't realize one had to pay tax on the manufacturer rebate amount. Assuming you distribute the tax from the first payment, a 2 year lease would cost about $12/month more than a 4 year lease in Ontario, but close 'nuff.

2018 MB B250 4matic - MSRP $38,200

For Ontario: @ MB Durham for example
October factory credit $4,000
3 months lease payment waiver ($1200 taxes incl.)
Assume another 2.5% dealer side discount off MSRP
> Projected effective grand total discount of 15.75% or $6,020 off MSRP

$3100 fees
45 months
1.9%
43% residual
18,000km per year
$0 down payment

Effective monthly payment - OTR (hst incl.) - $520

Note: If you get a demo with say <2000km, you can save even more, like $2500 in waived freight/pdi. If that is the case, then you could be looking at an effective monthly payment of - OTR (hst incl.) - $455
