Lots of places require visitors to be vaccinated as a condition of entry, but I'm not personally aware of anywhere else in the world that bans unvaccinated citizens from travelling on a domestic flight or departing the country by air.

Like many vaccines, boosters are needed. However, you'll probably see a significantly longer window between needing them. That combined with covid, 'dying out' you wouldn't see the same requirements. When this will be, is the billion dollar question.
I think it is unrealistic to expect that “they don’t continue to add boosters”. We don’t know how many more variants will develop in covid, how communicable those variants will be, and how much harm they will do to individuals. My hope is that there won’t be a need for many more boosters, but that if there is a need, that vaccines will be developed. In that event, I hope that people will be protected from unnecessary risks from others by appropriate public health regulations.

It may be the same as the flu vaccine, where you get one each Fall. Fall 2022, there may be more outbreaks as people gather inside with colder weather. Next group to get immunization will be children under 5 years.
We play every week together.
