any issue using 2 different paint systems?

Can I experience any issue if I use Bher primer https://www.homedepot.ca/product/behr-d ... 1000427555 and top it with Sherwin Williams paint?

Going for Bher primer for the price, and thereafter Sherwin Williams because it's the best (IMHO)

my guess would be that the primer is formulated to be coated by the matvhing paint?

Primers work with everything. Some primers are better or worse for specialty applications like stain blocking or smooth surfaces, but generically the advice is any primer works with anything.
