Any pre-built PC deals ?

I'm looking for a pre-built desktop PC for everyday use.
Gaming is not really a priority. We will not be playing AAA 3D games on it.

Looking for pre-built, because going for parts would be too much a hassle right now (even if cheaper).

The budget I want to put in is around ~800$ if possible.

Can someone help out ? Any decent one on sale right now ?

Thank you.

Bumping this, since I could still use some suggestions.
I'm out of touch with PC tech, so it's getting harder to know what's decently priced nowadays.

This could be a good time to consider dumping Microsoft's constant update obsession in favour of an SBC with a free Linux distro. Tiny handheld computer with all the usual ports and tiny SSD, worthy of learning about I think.

Another option to consider is replacing the components in existing desktop following instructions provided in many youtube videos.

If you’re not gaming then I would just buy an off lease computer, use it for a few years and get another one. You will spend less than 800$

An 8th gen i5 Lenovo Tiny with 16 Gigs of RAM and 500 Gig NVMe can be had for ~365$ tax in. That includes a Windows 11 Pro licence

Should last you a good 3 - 5 years

Curious, where do you look for your off lease computers?

I look everywhere. I build a lot of home labs for people

There are a lot of third tier distributors based in Markham. You just need to walk around and find them. They don’t really advertise. They have a set clientele and if you buy regularly, warranty are not an issue, they will exchange anything.
