Any travel portal for small business to book hotel for employees

Paying a vendor (portal business) to do a fairly low-skill, infrequent task seems a waste to me. With so few transactions (1-2 a month) I would think getting the employees to book their own travel would be a better option. They could submit expense claims upon return. If they don't have the financial resources to cover the cost of a trip, you could issue an advance to them personally (to be reconciled with the expense claim.)

For doing that task on your behalf, let them keep their own air miles. You'd be surprised how many people think that is a big perk.

Alternatively, consider adding that task to the job description of your clerical/admin folks in your office.
